Metro Air Park

DB+A prepared the Specific Plan Amendment for this 1,892-acre mixed-use Business Park in Sacramento, California. DB+A was also responsible for developing a comprehensive design guidelines package – including both signage and environmental graphics guidelines – and a master street landscape plan.

Despite the complexities of managing the multiple landowners of this project, DB+A was able to navigate their varying objectives to produce a land plan that satisfied all parties. DB+A worked closely with the County of Sacramento to obtain approvals, leveraging their strong relationships and overwhelming experience with advancing projects to green-light.
