Hacienda Crossings is a large-scale 52 acre retail center in Dublin, CA. Dave provided architecture design, entitlement services, and construction administration for Hacienda Crossings while at SGPA Architecture and Planning.
The project features 25,000 SF of building space and includes major retail anchors, such as Barnes and Noble and Best Buy, in addition to an IMAX Theater. The success of the shopping center has spawned further development of housing and smaller retail centers in the vicinity.
